Enable Figma Prototype Cookies
Last updated: May 19, 2026
Some Outset studies include a Figma prototype. If your browser blocks third party cookies from figma.com, the prototype may not load fully. The guide walks through how to allow them on every common browser - desktop and mobile - in just a few taps.
Important: Enabling these cookies is optional. Your interview will still work without them; allowing them just helps the prototype run smoothly and helps the researcher build a better experience for everyone. You can revert the setting after your interview if you prefer.

Still stuck?
If you've followed the steps and the prototype still doesn't load, it's safe to continue your interview without enabling cookies — the researcher can collect plenty of useful insight from your responses regardless. If you'd like help, reach out to your research contact and they can offer support.
