When you find a quote that's interesting or insightful, you can save it for later by bookmarking it.

To bookmark a quote, hover over the quote and click "Save Bookmark". You can do this either on an individual transcript, or on the Insights page/ Custom reports.

To find the quotes that you've saved as bookmarks, go to the "Saved" tab on the left hand side of your screen - this is where you'll find both bookmarks and video highlight reels.

You can also label your bookmarks (similar to tagging) so that you can keep track of certain information about the clip - either for your reference later or for your team's reference as they're reviewing clips. On an individual bookmark, click the three dots > "Label as..."

For example, imagine I'm gathering quotes related to ChatGPT usage, and I want to label this bookmark with "ChatGPT" so I can reference it later and maybe make a highlight reel.

If I create several different labels, I can also filter my bookmarks to find the specific relevant topics. You can find this "Filter by label" search bar on the upper right of the Saved > Bookmarks screen.

πŸ’‘TIP: Once you have a variety of bookmarks saved, you may be interested in making a video highlight reel of those bookmarks related to a theme. Read more here to learn how to do that: LINK
